You can definitely tweak it around a bit depending on your playstyle but if your goal is to run Excalibur Umbra at endgame content I will recommend against doing the usual thing that people do with running power strength and modding for just exalted blade. I'm not going to lie as it gets pretty touch and go against bombards and other really big heavy hitting units with a lot of armor so I would recommend something else but I use him for when I want to melee because he's the coolest of the melee frames in my opinion.
